  • Are there minimum browser requirements for this new system?

    Yes, browsers must be HTML5 compatible. We recommend updating your browser to the latest version available. This will allow compatibility with the new digital banking experience and ensure secure functionality. Browser versions that fall below the following requirements will not provide functionality:

    • Internet Explorer – Version 11 and below
    • Firefox – Version 24 and below
    • Chrome – Version 30 and below
    • Safari – Version 6 and below
  • What is a seamless experience?

    A seamless experience means that the look and feel of your digital banking is consistent on all of your devices. It does not mean that the exact same features and functions are available on every device. It is intended to improve your experience by making navigation simple and familiar, regardless of device.

  • Will I still be able to export my account information out of Online Banking?

    Yes, by clicking on the account on the Home page, this will bring you into the Account Details page. The ‘Export’ option is located on the right side of the screen. The following export formats are available:

    • Spreadsheet (xls)
    • Spreadsheet (csv)
    • Microsoft OFX (ofx)
    • Quicken (qfx)
    • Quickbooks (qbo)
  • Why the change?

    The Bank of Elk River is committed to providing the most secure, integrated digital platform available for our customers. You will see significant improvement in usability, accessibility to your team of bankers, and ways to streamline your banking. We've made every change with you in mind.

  • When will the upgrade take place?

    The new digital banking experience will go live at 8am on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

  • Do I need to enroll?

    If you are currently enrolled in The Bank of Elk Rivers digital banking, no action is required.

    If you are new to digital banking and would like to get set up, please contact us.

  • Will I have to download a new Bank of Elk River app?

    If you already have the Bank of Elk River mobile app you will be prompted to upgrade. If you do not have our app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download the new app. The good news? Your login credentials will remain the same.

  • I'm new to digital banking, how do I enroll?

    If you are not a current digital banking user and would like to get set up, please contact us.

  • Will my username/ID and password change?

    No, your username/ID and password will remain the same. You may choose to change your username and password at any time.

  • Will this upgrade affect my scheduled bills being paid?

    No. The upgrade will not affect bills that are scheduled to be paid. They will go out as scheduled.

  • Will this upgrade affect my direct deposits?

    No. Automatic deposits will go directly into your account as normal. The platform change will not alter this.

  • Will this upgrade affect my transaction history?

    There will be 120 days of transaction history available on the new platform.

    If you need additional transaction data, please download transactions PRIOR to November 16, 2021, or contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with past statements at 763.241.8522.
